Complaint

I have been trying to make a complaint regarding a mis sold package. I have tried emailing, calling (no one ever answers!) and the message option on the app....still cant get an answer....any ideas?!

Follow the steps laid out in the complaints bit, it's all laid out there with an address you can write to as well, but I wouldn't hold my breath as they're pretty useless in general.

Or if it's to do with a current package that you need adjusting/sorting out now etc, phone them up & follow the promtps for thinking of leaving, you'll get through(can take upto 30mins on hold with dire music unfortunately), explain to them what's happened, tell them what package you want/should of had, they'll be able to correct it for you there & then, no excuses, if not give them 30 days notice to cancel in the same call.
