Hi, i am trying to return my router using the prepacked return label. as instructed on instructions, VM website and youtube videa i used the Collect Plus Store Finder link to find my nearest Collect+ location. However they told me that they only service John Lewis returns, and not Virgin Media.
I also noticed that on the storefinder link I was asked to select which courier I'm using (Amazon, Yodel, DPD, DHL, etc.) but it's not clear from the label which one I need to choose.
Can anyone advse if they've sent a router back recently?
