Hi, a few days ago I joined Virgin Media and they are sending a QuickStart kit out to a Collect+ address I chose. I stupidly didn't write down or remember the address they're sending it to, I have the reference number for the order but cannot view the address it's being delivered to. How would I be able to find out where it will be delivered?

You should be able to find your local Collect+ stores by entering your postcode here https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator?v=2.
You can also enter the tracking code here https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/track/new which should help with the location.
