Cheque refund

Closed Virgin account due to relocation, and so issued a cheque with remaining credit on the account. However unable to cash the cheque as do not have this facility with my bank. Have had various chats with online support unable to resolve by either supplying cheque in another name or crediting an account I hold with Virgin but for mobile.

Any resolution for this. Happy with issue of cheque in another name or credit my Virgin mobile account.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

This isn't something we would be able to do - I am sorry about that. The cheque which is issued is to the account holder of the media services. In terms of the mobile account, they run over 2 complete different sets of systems with 2 complete different payment/credit systems. Can I confirm what bank it is? I have a Monzo bank account and they don't do digital uploads but I know you can send them off in the post for it to be cashed.
