Charged for delivery of replacement hub

Can anyone help I’ve had a charge of £5 for delivery or replacement hun which was offered as other was faulty but was told nothing about being charged delivery ,, tried phoning but was told I was supposed to be told by agent but I wasn’t and she said sorry can’t do nothing about it ??? Can an admin help

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have expericined this, with regards to the Hub replacements if these are sent out we would usually charge both an activation fee and a delivery fee, in majority of cases for fault repairs we would waive the activation fee however the delivery fee would often stand. I can see you have spoken to a few of my colleagues today via webchat since this post, were they able to provide any further assistance for you?

All sorted now refunded delivery charge as I was not told this when being sent out replacement router for non working one ,, I know what your saying but no one should have to pay delivery charges we pay enough each month for service !! But thanks for relying
