Charged for a paper bill


I was already set up for e-billing but was issued a paper bill charge for my first bill. I spoke to someone via chat and I'm not quite sure whether he said I'd get the money back (he said he'd credit it?). I'd also like to make sure I don't get billed with a paper charge again in future cause right now my account says I'm on e-billing.
