I am currently paying for the full package (TV, broadband and landline) in which I only use the broadband. I am now out of contract and was wondering if it is possible for me to downgrade to just broadband

VM does not make it easy to do that. VM's 'bundle' approach means it is usually cheaper to have another service (such as phone) compared to BB only.
If you want BB only you are likely to get a much cheaper price by leaving VM. See this reply from earlier today

I was quoted more for just broadband when I asked to remove the TV and landline. Go figure!

No surprise at all. As alluded to above, VM operate "multi-buy" discounting where the more services you buy, the lower the per-unit price. In addition, services such as telephony often attract such generous discounts that a "with" bundle can be cheaper than a "without" bundle.
