Changing package for New Contract

Good afternoon,

I have been out of contract on the Full House package for sometime. Therefore, I need to negotiate a new contract.

I need a similar package without a landline, so that's TV and broadband only. I do not need a landline or O2 Mobile SIM.

The only similar package that I can change to online, appears to be this one:

However, I don't need the O2 SIM or Landline. My current monthly payment is now a £108.00 and is unaffordable, can someone please help me with changing to a new contract.

We are sorry that your current package is not suitable for you but our teams would be more than happy to find something more suitable for you. 

 

Please be aware if it is a Volt deal then the O2 SIM would be part of the deal, also a landline is often part of a package.
