Changing my account's mobile number

I changed my phone number and when I go to change on my virgin media account settings, it says that "the change has not saved, please try again". I have tried this several times and it is not changing.

I am very sorry about this, we are aware of the issue and are currently working to get it resolved.

In the meantime, can you please try completing this via a different browser, device or via the My Virgin Media app?

Please let us know how you get on.
