Changing direct debit collection date

So....

Just want to change my direct debit collection date but:

1. 150 - waiting over an hour every day... so long in fact my home phone battery gives out BEFORE I get anywhere near answered... can call anytime of the day and its the same

2. I texted the 'text support' number over 26hrs ago and no response

Where to now for this marvellous and difficult customer query to get resolved?

Hi MattCaller, Thanks for posting, I am sorry for the hold times, we are busier than usual but do endeavour to answer all calls as soon as possible.
