Changing Name

When signing up to Virgin Media I couldn’t input my full name as it only allows 10 letters but my name has 11 so I had to shorten it to set up the account. 

For credit and legal reasons I would like the account to be under my full name so it is recognised by credit agencies and to helps with my credit score etc. 

I have tried to update it online in my profile but again I am met with the limitations of 10 letters in the name. 

Is there a way to have this fixed on Virgin Media’s side of things without any hassle?
