Changed package- no confirmation

Changed my package with Naaz via online chat this morning. Was told I would receive a new box by 8th January and I would receive email confirmation of new package within 15 minutes. Have received no email and there is no order showing on my account. How do I know if the request has gone through?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to see your recent order on your account and have some concerns about whether it's been added. I've been able to find your account and sadly can't see any recent orders on your account.
