I had a account but in my ex partner’s name just wanted name change , been horrendous disconnected me no tv or internet 2 days at least 29 phone calls to them , now cannot get rid of old account name on app my son pays for football , but he cannot log into app to watch football as it’s saying this account is not active ? But I can now receive my emails which I couldn’t up to yesterday, they assured me this issue would be sorted 3 times fuming
