How do you get to speak to a person on the phone with virgin media?!! I need to change the direct debit for our account as my flatmate moved away but it's impossible and they keep threatening with fees when they keep trying to bill her card and since she emptied her account when she moved back to Sweden. I tried to get someone on the phone but live chat is always (!!!). Not to mention my internet speed is almost non existing in my room.
Ring VM, option 1 - 4 - 5. They will be the best ones to help.
