Change primary email address for my virgin media

When I purchased my virgin media package i ordered it woth the wrong email address which i no longer have access too. I was able to get a second email added to the account but when i try to register for the my virgin media app it will only send the registration emails to the email which i cannot access. Is there anything that can be done to help?
