Hi there,
I ordered a broadband package today but it didn't give me a chance to specify a start date, or maybe I was just being a bit thick.
But I'm not moving in for another three weeks, I wondered if I could change the delivery address for the equipment to my work address as that way I can be sure they'll be somebody there to receive it.
I could find a way to do this in any of the communications I've received.

Our pre-install team do not have an email address unfortunately, when you are available to give them a call they will look to get this sorted for you although I am not too sure they'd be able to change your delivery address to a different one but they will be able to clarify this on the phone.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 08000521734.
I'm not sure if they can change delivery to a works address but they should be able to change it to your current address.
Failing that you will need to contact Yodel.
