Change of bundle

As my virgin bill is going skywards I've asked politely to reduce to a mix bundle from full house!

So iveI emailed but requested that I don't get phone calls for thus and that and promises of bull.

Couple of months now emails ignired!

It's simple virgin media chang my fricking bundle I see mix is advertised with broadband 200 I've got that. I've got weekend and evenings but happy to do just weekends barely use phone anyway.

So what's the problem, I bet if I just cancel the DD you'd be on me in seconds.

If you want me to stay just do it! Send me an email to confirm and illI be happy ish!

Failing that close my account if you like I'll go back to Sky.

Ps Ps  a shame the only way to get anything done is via this.

Ps again don't even need second box but that's been ignored as well!

Can you confirm who you emailed as we don't have an email for Customer Care?

I do hope you've been able to speak to Webchat or Care since you posted for them to be able to arrange this change for you.

If not then please get in touch in one of the following ways.

You can contact them via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat for any billing or package related queries where they can clear security with you.

Webchat  can be contacted via the site online and you can speak to them if you prefer this option by choosing the Chat Online option:

E.G-Account and Billing > Manage Your Account Online

Just the email address listed.

But as I said I really do not see any reason to phone or web chat when my request is simple. Change my package as requested or I will just give up and close the account

Which email address is that?

Your request may be simple but you have been advised the ONLY ways to effect what you want.

BTW What do you have to do to close the account? Answer already provided.

Or are you just so full of your own **bleep**e!

So I'll be closing my TV account then

Virgin and the children they employ as customer fronting need lessons in customer services

BTW I am a customer, not Virgin Media staff.

The fact you see no reason why your change cannot be made by the forum team is irrelevant - you have been advised the two options open to you.

You were asked by Virgin Media staff what email you used and have failed to answer.

Guess what, cancellation can’t be done via this community forum either.

I’ll just preemptively leave this here:

 

When you want your credit score to be changed as inevitable poor credit (from just cancelling direct debit and not the account) stops you from getting everything you want. The email address you need to email will be:

creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk

 

Make sure you write it down.

If you think calling VM is such a hardship, how are you going to cancel your account?

And then, just wait until you get the packaging (Note to VM, don't send 6 packages to send 3 items back, that's just weird!) to send your equipment back to VM. Being told to call VM makes you this angry, then putting that monster of a box...thing together will have you calling the police in the state it'll leave you in.

All sorted and official complaint made with a gentleman who checked  this thread first.

But whoever you are seems that you enjoy a  confrontational attitude as well.

Seems VM just need to employ more adults! 🙄
