Hi ,

I miss typed my email address when I made a virgin media order for home broadband , how can I change it.  I don’t want to call 150 and wait for 3 hours on the phone. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear your email address was mistyped. We can certainly get this corrected for you and get a copy of your contract re-sent. To do this I will need to confirm some information with you though. 

I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
