Change ebill email address

Hi,

I would like to change the email address that my ebills are being sent to, as they are currently going to my old ntlworld.com email address. Please can someone from VM contact me to arrange this.

Try My Virgin Media > My Profile then look under Contact details section.

I've done that now, thanks. I'll check that the next ebill I get goes to my new email address.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

We're not able to change your e-billing address from here. The correct way to do this is by logging in to My VM as 用心棒 suggested 🙂
