Cant verify email

Hi,

I have had Virgin TV/Broadband installed today and these services are working fine but I am unable to register for a Virgin Media online account.

I have registered but get stuck at the verifying of my email. I receive the link but when using it it just loops to 'Verification link expired' every time and I can't progress.

I have tried different browsers, clearing cache, etc but it still doesn't work.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with registering for your online account, this isn't the perfect start to your time with us.
