Cant register new account

Hi, so I've tried previously suggested options to help fix me not being able to register new account but still getting nowhere. My old account is completely transferred to new owner and whenever i click register it just reloads the current screen

 

Any help please.

Hi Jacklyn93, thanks for getting in touch. 

 

Sorry to hear you're having problems registering a MyVM account after transferring responsibility of your account. 

 

Just to clarify - is the MyVM you're trying to register for the account that was transferred, and are the services for that account now active?

 

Also, have you been able to try another device/browser to see if that helps?

Hi, yes the new owner has access to old account and all services working fine. I've made a new account with new services but struggling to log in with that. Yes I've tried different browsers and devices to try
