I have been trying to register for an account for the last month to no avail. I was previously with virgin at an old address over 7 years ago. Signed up to virgin recently with the same email, still can’t register despite it being escalated to the IT team who claim they have done what they need to in order for me to register. Still not working, so annoying!!!
