I recently signed up for Virgin Media and am currently trying to log into My Virgin Media but all I see is a failed connection. Please see .
Is there a problem with the server or is there a technical difficultly I need help with?
Virgin Media have been doing some updates today and I can’t gain access either so I suggest it’s down at the moment.

The system was down but has since been restored.
