I sold my iphone and dont have access to the icloud email or number which is linked to my account, this is a new broadband account that was due to be paid last week. I can't get access to the account at all.
I spoke to a bot first, next an agent who decided the filthy scottish accent was all too much and hung up the call..
finally the hour long test on the phonetic alphabet to get the email changed : Grade : F
what next?
