Can I please ask if you have tried clearing the cache and cookies on the browser you are using.
Have you tried a different browser?

I have tried multiple browsers. Sometimes the reset password email comes through, but then it tells me I still need to verify my email. That email never comes through, no matter how many times I request it.
I tried the links. I enter my email address and it just takes me straight to the same screen saying that I need to verify my email address. If I follow the link to resend the email, I get nothing...
