Cannot switch to e-billing

Hi Molly,

I'm experiencing a similar issue where there is nowhere to update my profile to switch to ebilling - please can you update it for me?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Please see here for the steps when you're signed in to the online account;

• Click on the Settings tile.
• Click on Account Details.
• Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.
• Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.
• Click Update.

this option is selected and has been selected since we started our contract, however we are still receiving paper copies monthly and being charged for this.
