Hi, last month I took out a new broadband contract with Virgin, but I cannot create an account.
I have tried the following links:
I get the messages "We're sorry to see you go" and "Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media."
I used to be a customer >5 years ago, so perhaps my email address is associated with an old account on the Virgin back-end systems.

Just in case other people have the same query, @Martin_N replied saying "You need to be fully installed before being able to register an online account."
I was confused because the welcome emails say that I need to register to track my order, view billing, or change the installation date.
