I've been unable to create an online account at the following URL: https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register
Ever since I signed up a couple of weeks ago this has been happening.
I just received an email about my online bill, so I tried to sign up and this issue is still happening.
If I fill in the details, and click Register, usually the page will just reload, with the captcha box unchecked.
Occasionally, I get an error message page instead saying:
Oops, something's broken

I've tested this on a Chrome book (chrome browser), an Ubuntu machine (firefox), and an Android phone (chrome mobile).
