Cannot register my VM account

Hi, 

I could not register my VM account due to 'You can't use that password. Please choose another'.  I tried all possible ways even using Safari strong password and password suggestion given by other forum members, didn't help.

Hi Zach,

I haven't tried clearing cache and cookies and I am not going to because I think this is becoming ridiculous, how come registering an account would require user to try so many combinations and devices and now clearing something.  I don't want to waste more of my time struggling with this nonsense process.  I will be using VM without registering an account then.

Unfortunately I bought the service and I have to stuck with it for the remaining months.

Anyway thank you for helping me.
