Like many others here, I cannot complete the registration process for a My Virgin Media account. I have tried several times and only get as far as the “we'd like to keep in touch” section. The “continue” button is faded and I cannot press it to continue.
Someone on a similar post has recommended waiting until the installation has completed before registering. However, in my case, I want to reschedule the installation date via My Virgin Media (as advised in the Virgin welcome email).
