Hi,
I am having similar issues with other users. I am trying to register my email address having joined Virgin Media two weeks ago and I still can't create an account due to the DEF01 error.
I see others have managed to have their registration fixed via IT. Can someone please help do the same for me? My email has never been associated with Virgin Media before. I need to adjust the parental settings and direct debit so please help.

im facing the same issues with only 2wks into service. i hope this is not a reflection of things to come
only today somebody from tech support has private messaged me on this community and told me a ticket has been raised for someone to look into the issue.
fingers crossed you hear from someone soon

Thanks Michael that is good to know. Just so shambolic as to how a basic feature doesn't work, doesn't give me a good impression so far.
Hope they come back to me sook in that case.

has any one got this fixed. it seems a horror to me for registering the account.
