Hi
When i try to login to my Virgin media account via the website it accepts the username and password but then hangs on the logging in screen. I have tried chrome as well as opera but the same issue.
I have always been able to access my account but it has been several months since i last logged on.
Could someone advise?

The only difference between my desktop and laptop are the OS.
Laptop on Win7, desktop in Win10
I was thinking the laptop could be the issue but no other website i use has the same problem as myvirginmedia.

Updated but still no luck logging in.
I have a few questions about my account relating to a price increase.
Can i talk to someone about this or should i start i new thread?

If it's to discuss any increase you'll need to call us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 or use Whatsapp - +447305 327 112
That would also suggest a device issue then I'm afraid as every other device you're able to log in no problems.
