Cannot login - new customer

Hi,

I have just got my broadband installed today and I cannot log into the 'my virgin media' website with any of my credentials. 

It does not recognise my surname, account number or area number. 

Can I have some help with this please?

Hi Jacki97,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your online account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. Can I just confirm that you are trying to "register" and not "log in" as you're a new customer and will need to create an account before you can login 🙂
