Cannot log on to accout

I have my e-mail and password right, and it asks for the account number which i got off email that was sent to me , and it says that that is wrong too....

My apologies that you're having issues with logging into your account. Can you confirm if you are registering a new account or do you already have an online account created and your having trouble logging in again?

Are you getting any error codes/messages at all?

I have an account, but won't let me log on , I'm sure i got everything right, it won't even recognize the account number
