Cannot log into my new account

Hi there,

I moved from Bristol to  London this summer and my contract in Bristol was terminated and I started a new contract (with a new account number) at the place where I live in London.

I could not log into my new account when I log in using my email address since it directs me to my old terminated account.

This cause serious problems for me since I could not know my bills each month.

Please help me to sort this out. Thank you for your time.
