Cannot log into my account on app or browser

Hi there i have a broadband contract but when i try to log into the app or online to change settings it says incorrect password or email so i go onto forgot email and try and log in with my account number and area reference and it still does not let me log in, I also tried to make an account with the account number and area number and it still would not let me and gave me the DEF01 error
