Cannot log in to new account

Hi all. 

I have a new virgin media account, up and running perfectly for the last 2 months. I've just come to log in to my account however and it says 

"You haven't confirmed this username yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Confirm your My Virgin Media username' and click the link in the email."

I don't believe I've ever received an email. I've tried to reset my password (if that helps) and the link just keeps expiring every time I click it.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with access your online account. 

Can you confirm if you have been able to try this on multiple web browsers?

And if you have been able to clear the cookies and cache?

Hi Martin,

Yes I've tried two different browsers and cleared cache/cookies of Chrome that I'm using.

Thank you for that information. What I will do is private message you now to take a look into this further.
