Hey, anyone trying to cancel your services today to be told, ah we can’t process your cancellation as our systems are down, call us back in a couple of hours.
It seems they can access every other part of my account, just not the cancellation part.
Is this just a ploy to stop me cancelling?

I was given a similar reason and was told told they’d call me back. And the next day they actually did! Whether Virgin’s systems are down or it’s a delaying tactic doesn’t matter - it seriously undermines their credibility as a technology company.
