Cannot leave Virgin Media

I am trying to leave Virgin Media and haven't found how to do so.

Nothing on the website, so I tried calling twice (2 different days): I select the option "you are thinking about leaving us", then I just hear music for one hour and then the other side hang up before I can talk to anyone.

What's the procedure to quit?

On the fourth day, someone eventually answered the call and I could terminate my contract.

Need to be persevere...
