I’m trying to set up my virgin media account. I got to the Verify email stage, but that link sent on email isn’t working. I try everything from changing passwords or even the whole process again. I even get messages where the account number is it recognised. Cannot get hold of anyone through the phone lines so any help here would be appreciated.
