Cannot access email app - will not allow me to add new address

I have been trying for a few days to access the page on the website where you can manage your email addresses. The page constantly says it is broken so I cannot get into the page which list the email addresses.

Struggling to get through to anyone at Virgin to help

Yes that’s right. Just keep getting error page

Thank you for that. What I will need to do is take a look over you account. 

 

I am unable to locate this so I will private message you so we can look into this.

Still not resolved. Seems that Virgin are happy to take money every month but not help a customer of over 20 years
