Cannot access any pages on Virgin

Hi,

Whenever i try to navigate to any webpages on my account i get errors stating the webpage does not exist. The links that i have tried to access are Upgrades, Volt etc.) I also get Bad requests errors rather consistency as well.

This is making altering my account online almost impossible as little to no webpage is available to open for me.

Hi @Shakyyleg 

I often have problems navigating the VM webpages, especially if using Chrome

It often works by clearing browsing data, or opening an incognito window,  however if I use a different browser such as Edge, Firefox or Safari then I generally have no issues.

Sorry to hear of the difficulties you've faced navigating through web pages on our services.

Can you please confirm if you've been able to try alternative browsers, as per the advice from @newapollo?

I have tried this before with both incognito mode and safari.

I get to the same point on both browsers before i get webpage errors again.

Hi,

I have tried this on my phone, laptop and PC.

My phone would be safari, laptop was Firefox and PC was Chrome.

I got the issue with all of these devices.
