Hi There,
Earlier in August I registered with Virgin Media and ordered broadband to be delivered on the 9th of September. This has not been delivered. I received a confirmation email of the order being placed, but never received an email regarding my account number or confirmation of my account. I am unable to log into My Virgin Media as it says the email does not exist and I have no way of being able to contact Virgin Media without an account being set up properly, it’s a bit of a nightmare to be honest! It’s now the 15th of September and the broadband has not been delivered and I have not received any email about it even being dispatched. Please help me access my account so I can get a whereabouts on my order as it is urgent.
