Cannot access Billing page

I cannot access the Billing page to make a payment. It did get through to the payment page but then froze with the Virgin Media symbol rotating (and not uploading).

Hi @ian_rs 

It looks like the web site is having a few problems at the moment, even the help section for billing and payments. 

You can either try again later or you can call 0800 064 3777 to make a payment. You'll need Your Account number and area reference number which you'll find on your bill.

I get as far as Make A Payment (after a long pause and now it is sitting on the payment page still with the Virgin Media logo scrolling around.
