Cannot access Account

Hello

i have been unable to access my account for quite some time now, my email address is the one I receive my Virgin Media bills to, which I understood was my username.

I’m going round in circles with the username not being recognised or the password, I cannot reset the password, the security question is coming back as incorrect.

If anyone out there can help please.

Normally we ask you to try this way and that way 

But you have already done as much as you can 

I can take a look form here
