Hello
i have been unable to access my account for quite some time now, my email address is the one I receive my Virgin Media bills to, which I understood was my username.
I’m going round in circles with the username not being recognised or the password, I cannot reset the password, the security question is coming back as incorrect.
If anyone out there can help please.
