First post in a long while (returning customer after 6 years).
As the post title says, despite entering my surname, account number and area, I cannot seem to register to access 'My Virgin Media'.
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having this issue.
Checking things out at this end I think I know what the issue is.
Can you try registering again only for the surname, leave the 's' off 🙂
For the account number, add a '0' in front too.
Has this allowed you to register?
