I used my correct email address when I signed up for Virgin Media, therefore I can receive my contracts and e-bills.
However, when I tried to sign up for MyVM using my account details, I made a typo in my email address, therefore I cannot access MyVM at all.
I cannot confirm MyVM account as the email address does not exist, and I cannot change MyVM account email address as I have not yet confirm it (which is not possible).
Anyone can help here? Thanks.
