Virgin are preventing me from cancelling my subscription. 

I have phoned 6 times each phonecall lasting over 2 hours. Each time I never get speak to anyone, the chat is exactly the same I get a message saying I'm in the queue but, no response. 

Is there some agency I can speak to as VM have increased my charges by 50% and I can no longer afford this.

It just shows in this pre recession that  they couldn't give a monkeys about their customers only care about money.

say this is what happens at the end of the contract,

takes forever to get through and even then they hardly budge on price (compared ro mew deals)

try leaving via whatsapp or await a mod here to reach out
