Ive been trying for the past 2 weeks to speak to someone with enough authority in Virgin Media, to reduce my payments . "No I dont want more TV & Broadband. Im trying to reduce my payments. "I ve been chatting to a BOT far too long, Whatsapp is pointless and you cant get through on the phone lines. When I get a phone call, they are trying to sell me more than I need. SKY have offered me a better deal, but I cant get through to Virgin to Cancel.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with reducing your account 

As a rule we are unable to look at package changes or costs on here 

This will need to be done by calling us or 0345 454 1111.

You can also send us a text with a description of your problem to 07533 051809
 if it’s about your cable services, or 07533 016422 if you have a query about your mobile services. 
Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

Thanks but thats pointless as it just takes me back to the Virgin Media BOT Ive been going round in circles with.
