Cancelling contract

Help for 4 days I have been trying to speak to someone about cancelling my contract. I’ve spent hrs on the phone trying to get threw different times of the day with no joy. I’ve complained also spent hrs on messenger to them still no joy. I am due to move out my property next week on the 11th  of febaury and will be staying with family till I buy a new property

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to cancel your service and not heard back from the complaint you've raised.  I would like to take a closer look to check if the complaint has been raised.  I am going to send you a private message.
